I need to cleanse myself...

I was walking home from school yesterday when this little black bug flew past my face, and then splat, a drop of water landed on my face too. My first reaction was, "OM(D)G did a bug just wee on my cheek?"

I looked up at the cloudy sky hoping that it would open it's flood gates at that moment, but apart from on my face, not a molecular of H2O was to be seen. I clawed at my cheek with the sleeve of my shirt trying to remove the bugs call of nature. I wondered if it was possible for bugs to pee in mid flight. Are there any Bugologists who can help me out here? (If anyone emails me to tell me there is not such thing as a Bugologist I will do a perpetual ban on their IP address -_-;;)

Perhaps I'll just be optimistic and think that my cheek was lucky enough to catch the single drop of rain which came from the sky at that moment in time... (hoping).

If I wasn't disgusted enough yesterday, this morning as I was washing my face, my host sister coughed in my ear.

How did this situation occur you ask?

Well the house only has one bathroom to accommodate 6 people and in the mornings ususally my 13 year old host sister and I use it at the same time to get ready. I HATE sharing bathrooms and I usually never have to, because I have so much shit that's used to decorate myself that another person's shit just won't fit. Plus I like to hog the mirror (Hi, my name is Mel, I'm 60% vain and 40% down-to-earth but 100% fun ^.~). The other source of the occurrence of this situation was that either Japanese people in general or maybe just my entire host family, have a interesting habit of never covering their mouths when they sneeze or cough. Thus as I was bending down to wash off my cleanser, the host sister was grabbing for the toothpaste and she coughed straight in my ear. My whole body stiffened at the thought of her saliva particles entering my body through my ear.

I need to go to a purifying onsen to cleanse myself >.<;;
