Stylists on Crack
A collection shown in Paris Fashion Week ususally consists of careful planning, dedication and a flair for making the clothes on the models look beautiful.
Charles Anastase obviously skipped some training in fashion school with his Fall/Winter 2006 collection. Since when did high fashion become invaded by librarians and insipid looking pirates? It's a shame since I acutally liked Charles Anastase's Spring/Summer 2005 collection. It was bright, fun and eccentric. Now it's dull and boring. Hmm...
When celebrities are being photographed by magazines they are dressed by stylists. They basically create the whole image for the shoot. Ayumi Hamasaki is no stranger to magazine editorials and most of the time she comes out incredibly beautiful.
I would probably say these two photos are the sexiest photos I've ever seen of her, but how can the same shoot turn out so wrong?
Seriously this stylist needs to cut down on his/her drugs. Why turn a beautifully artifical woman into a moustached man? Although this does remind me of the episode in Sex and the City when Charlotte get's photographed dressed like a man. If Ayumi decides to look for another stylist then I shall offer my services for free... in fact I'll pay her to let me dress her... that sounds wrong...
I'm still sick.
Which means I'm watching a lot of DVD's. I just finished America's Next Top Model Season 4, the whole Sex and the City series and Full Metal Panic! 2: The Second Raid. I shall post a fangirl rant about it tomorrow. I'm preparing to watch Elfen Lied and The L Word now.
